Mahjong engine
Hong Kong mahjong in the browser: solo against bots with no network, or cross-device multiplayer.
One engine drives both modes, and the server holds authority so each browser sees one seat.
Vision One Million
An agent pipeline that automates Waterloo Region's readiness scorecard across five domains, built in a weekend hackathon and running unattended since.
A three-tier fallback fetch chain, because the public sources it reads go down regularly and a scorecard that stops updating is worthless.
Prospect
A co-op application tracker: a document vault, AI that parses job descriptions and scores a resume against them, and a Waterloo mode for WaterlooWorks.
It stayed a good tracker instead of becoming a mediocre job assistant.
